I have an online practice which means that our sessions will take place on your computer through my SimplePractice client portal. Since I am licensed in both New Jersey and Florida, you must be physically in those states to be a client of mine.
Online therapy works a lot like in-person therapy without the commute time. We’ll use a HIPPA secure platform and you’ll receive a link to our session a day or two prior to confirm. I use a platform called Simple Practice and you will need access to it's web portal for session.
Currently, I only see clients online.
Traditional EMDR Therapy: $150 per 50–60-minute session.
90 Minute EMDR Session: $225 a session
EMDR Intensives: Starting at $525 for a 3-hour session. Comprehensive intensive packages are available for $895 and include preparation, extended EMDR processing, and a follow-up session.
EMDR intensives offer a focused, extended approach to trauma treatment. The recommended format will depend on your individual needs, treatment goals, and clinical readiness.
I accept credit cards, HSA and FSA cards for payment.
Currently accepting insurance from Aetna.
In the beginning of the session, I’ll spend a quick minute going over any tech stuff that could come up and how to navigate it. We’ll typically start with with going into more specifics about the process of EMDR and how we will conduct sessions.. I’ll also refer to the intake paperwork you filled out and ask any questions about it.
The length of EMDR therapy varies depending on your individual needs, experiences, and treatment goals. Some clients experience meaningful progress in a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term treatment, particularly when addressing complex or longstanding trauma.
Traditional EMDR therapy typically involves weekly 50–60-minute sessions, while EMDR intensives offer extended sessions designed to allow for more focused treatment in a shorter period of time.
Together, we'll determine the approach that best fits your needs and regularly assess your progress. The goal isn't to keep you in therapy indefinitely, but to help you work toward meaningful, lasting change.
