You want everything to be perfect all the time, even trying to control the uncontrollable
You can't sleep at night because you can't turn off your brain
Your heart races, your breathing quickens, and you feel tense seemingly out of nowhere
With anxiety therpay, you can:

Process past experiences that may be influencing your present
Feel confident managing anxious thoughts or emotions in the future
Enjoy better sleep and physical health

I’ll help through this process, tailoring each step to your unique needs and circumstances. My approach to anxiety is to address the core issues and emotions you are experiencing in order for you to understand what they are trying to tell you. Once you understnad what anxiety is doing, you can be the boss of it instead of feeling like you are at its mercy. You won't have to feel like you need to change your emotion but you can do something more powerful, you can change your response! That's where freedom comes from.
Anxiety can take on many different forms and is different from person to person. You may notice ruminating or racing thoughts, a decrease in motivation or direction, or that you are constantly second-guessing yourself. If you are experiencing physical symptoms such as panic attacks, racing heart, or sleep disruptions, they may be due to anxiety.
While it can be helpful for some people to assign a name to what they’re experiencing, some just feel “off” and want help getting back “on.” I’m here to help you do exactly that, regardless of what we call it.
As with all therapy, you will get the benefits the more you put into it. We will work together to give you the best chance a
